You will come to a red light for Prominence Point Pkwy. Take a left at the light, follow Prominence Point Pkwy until you reach Keeter Rd on your right. Take the right on Ketter Rd.. You will then see Creekside at Prominence on your left, Turn left into the subdivision and drive past the first street. You will see the home on the corner of Glenleigh Drive and Creekside Pass. Enjoy!

The home was built in 2004 and was occupied by my family in July of 2005. We lived in the home for approximately 2 years. We had a little one and relocated to be closer to family. The house still looks and shows like brand new.

The house offers a full unfinished basement, 2.5 baths and 3 bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. There are 2 full baths upstairs and one half bath downstairs off the kitchen. The master bath has a separate shower with a full garden tub. The other bathroom is located in the upstairs hallway, convenient to the 2 guest bedrooms. The master bedroom features a cathedral ceiling, a large walk in closet and large windows overlooking the road in front of the house.

Moving downstairs, there is a large family room downstairs with large windows overlooking the fenced backyard. There is a fireplace with gas logs in the living area. The kitchen features a Gas range and overhead microwave, stainless steel refrigerator, under cabinet lighting, deep dual sinks, pantry and tile back splash. All appliance in the kitchen stay with the house!

Off the kitchen is the large laundry room with shelving and coat storage and the half bath. The 2 car garage can be accessed from the kitchen as well. The door leading down to the unfinished basement can be found in the kitchen. You can also walk out the wood deck off the kitchen which features stairs to the fenced backyard.

The dining room is off of the hardwood floor foyer featuring pendant lighting and infinite ceiling. It features a very large window overlooking the front yard and wanes coating all the way around for a very elegant look and feel.

The daylight unfinished basement is just that, a very large unfinished space. Perfect for storage or making into more bedrooms. Would be perfect for a media room. The basement is stubbed to add a bathroom.

The backyard is fenced and very private. There is a landscaped hill featuring shrubs and a gardening area near the bottom for flowers.
